Emergency tank lining, offering quick design solution, immediate mobilization and ability to withstand 1.6 million pounds of water.

A client on Vancouver Island called us with a significant problem. A 720,000 gallon potable water reservoir responsible for supply water pressure and fire relief was no longer holding water. 200 plus holes were identified, seams had leaks and floor bolts were extremely corroded.

Our solution for emergency repair as they prepare budgets for future tank replacement.

• Surface Prepare (16" Vertical Steel Wall) using Mechanical Grinding.
• Prime Floor, Wall (16") and Internal Floor Penetrations.
• Apply 2" to 4" of Structural Spray Foam to Floor (Create a level area for lining)
• Apply 80 mils of NSF61 Certified #polyurea (Creating a monolithic liner)
