Our goal for the Web Warehouse site is to provide instant price data, accurate stock availability and useful product descriptions via the web to ensure a fast, easy transaction for you, our customer. Products displayed online are priced in Canadian dollars (CDN$).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, infraStruct (formerly Martech) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. infraStruct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, infraStruct shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
infraStruct aims to ship all orders next business day. Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Inside Sales department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but next-day shipping is not guaranteed. Note that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a prepaid freight order amount has been negotiated ahead of time between an infraStruct sales representative and the customer.
Follow our detailed Product Return Policy to return a product for credit or repair.
Credits to charge cards may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned product. A credit will not begin processing until we have received and inspected the returned product. Items found to be non-defective will be returned to the client at their expense.
We accept no responsibility for products returned without a completed RMA form.
infraStruct makes every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. An infraStruct item may not always be in stock. infraStruct will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping.
